My psychotherapy practice in New Haven, Connecticut welcomes adults 25 and older looking for help with:
◯ complex life transitions like culture shock, immigration, "first generation" status, coming out or sharing same-sex romantic orientation, new parenting, separations, career changes, or middle age;
◯ high-stress situations, including dealing with mortality, death, loss, estrangement, or grief;
◯ high-stress careers in which they experience burnout, vicarious trauma, moral injury, or compassion fatigue.
I specialize in growth-oriented therapy based on depth psychology and existential philosophy principles but I draw from several theoretical frameworks, including from psychoanalytic and cognitive-behavioral models, depending on the needs and goals of each client. My approach is warm and collaborative.
I meet with clients in person in my office in New Haven, CT but I am able to welcome online clients
anywhere in Connecticut, Massachusetts, and South Carolina.
